ENERGY EFFICIENCY REHABILITATION PROGRAMME
Contracted by SRP Schenider + Partner Ingenierur-Counsult Gmbh
The Program is aiming at the rehabilitation of all 24 dormitory buildings. The scope of the services is initially limited to 5 dormitory buildings (No. 3, 4, 14, 16, and 17), of which 4 had been thoroughly investigated by an international energy auditor already (No. 3, 14, 16 and 17), with up to 20 additional buildings (No. 1, 2, 4, 7-13, 20-29) to be rehabilitated, subject to the availability of funding. Our design studio has worked on the facade requalification design, as well as the interior and furniture design of the facilities part of the contract, respectively, dormitories No. 3, 4, 14, 16, and 17, part of the Optional Package 2. Our contribution has consisted on, the architectural design, visualization and technical implementation project, for the above mentioned projects.
